We now leave five times a day to and from Charlotte, Greenville and Asheville. Along with top quality drivers and a great schedule, we insure all of our cars are inspected properly each day to discourage any unnecessary delays in your travel day. Asheville Shuttle has both Motor Carriers and NCDOT permits in addition to professional Insurance to protect our precious cargo.
Asheville Shuttle requires vehicles that are 2010 or above to insure efficient and comfortable trips for our customers. The cars pictured are the actual color and year our drivers have. Inspection and maintenance on these vehicles is a top priority. If you encounter a less than satisfactory vehicle please call the number below.

Q:Where is the pickup’s and Drop off locations?
South Asheville Pickup and Drop off location is the Clarion Hotel at 550 Airport Rd. Fletcher NC.
Dowtown Asheville Pickup and Drop off location is the Four Points Sheraton 22 Woodfin St.
Greenville Airport Pickup and Drop off location will be in the baggage claim area right outside the doors
Charlotte Airport Pickup will be downstairs in the baggage claim area. Each door has a letter leading outside. We pickup at the 2 wooden benches between the A and B door in Charlotte. (Once you go outside do not cross the street the benches are up against the physical building)
Charlotte Airport drop off will be up stairs at departures portion of the Charlotte airport.
What is your refund policy?
Fares are non-refundable.
We will extend a travel credit for up to one year after original booking date under these conditions:
* Your reservation is canceled 24 hours before requested time by voicemail or phone.
* If your flight is delayed and you have contacted Asheville Shuttle 2 hours before requested time and provided flight information for verification.
-In the event of Delay if we have space on our next shuttle we can pick you at no charge as we understand there are a lot of variables to a travel day
*If you prepay for your trip and can’t not make the requested time without a 2 hour notice to Asheville Shuttle. Asheville shuttle incurred a cost to travel and there will be an additional fare rate to come back at a late time.
Specials will not be honored unless identified at time of reservation; are not refundable, changeable or retroactive.
Can we take customers to destinations other than the Clarion Inn and the four points Sheraton?
The Asheville Airport is the only other location we can drop off at. Unfortunately we can not pickup or drop off anywhere else due to the schedule we run. In most cases we have a turn around time of 30 minutes and need to fuel up the vehicles and clean up. We will in the future have an additional shuttle that shuttles people to their final destination. Please Note: We are working on additional transportation to complete our customers travel anywhere in Asheville. Look for it around June 2017.
Can you wait for me if my flight is late?
We usually can wait for 15 minutes after requested pickup times. This may not be the case every time. Please call Asheville Shuttle 828-808-0013 immediately if your flight is going to be late and we will do our best to accommodate.
